京都宇治で 100 年以上続く老舗茶舗「売茶中村」の抹茶を使用しています。We use matcha from Baicha Nakamura, a tea house in Uji, Kyoto with over 100 years of history.

伝統的な製法を守りながら丁寧に仕上げられた抹茶は、鮮やかな色合いと豊かな香り、奥行きのある旨みが特徴です。Carefully made by traditional methods, it has a vivid color, a rich aroma and deep umami.
